A variety of worsted weight yarns from Primrose Yarn Co., Jill Draper Makes Stuff, and Orkney Angora St. Magnus DK held together with lace weight mohair/silk.
The sample uses 7 colors. I recommend mixing various bits of worsted or aran weight yarns together for the playful stripes. DK weight would also work fine.
