- WHAT WILL I RECEIVE ONCE I PURCHASE A PATTERN?

When you purchase a pattern from Westknits, you are buying a digital download. This can be downloaded to your computer/device.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PATTERN?

The pattern will be yours instantly! It will be sent to your email immediately after purchase, as well as being accessible from the order confirmation page.
- HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PATTERN?

The pattern can be downloaded straight from the order confirmation page by clicking “Download PDF Pattern”. You will then be redirected to your shopping cart, where you will find your PDF pattern ready and waiting! Just click on the pattern and the PDF will be downloaded to your computer/device.
You can also find a download button on your order page once you log into your Westknits account. Click on the "Access Digital Content" button at the top of the Orders page.
Your pattern will also be sent to you via email. You can then click on “Download PDF Pattern” and you will be redirected to westknits.com, where you can download your lovely new pattern.
- HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PATTERN?

You can pay with either Paypal, iDeal, or credit card.
- I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PATTERN. WHERE IS IT?

If you have’t received your pattern, please double check that you followed the steps for downloading your pattern. If you still don’t have access to your pattern, please contact hello@westknits.com and we will make sure you can get started on your project as soon as possible!
- CAN I ADD MY NEWLY PURCHASED PATTERN TO MY RAVELRY LIBRARY?

We are experiencing some technical difficulties allowing your patterns to link to your Ravelry account. We are working on it and hope to have a fix very soon! You can still download your PDF from your orders page in your account.
