Embrace texture with this top-down semi-circular shawl where knits and purls form the stunning basketweave pattern, evolving from small basketweave motifs into larger blocks of gorgeous texture. The rich texture is so much fun to knit and I love watching the weaved effect grow to create a really interesting finish. It's up to you to customize the size of the shawl depending on your desired style - you could create a smaller size or follow the instructions as written for a beautiful large DK weight shawl.

I knit this using the gorgeous softness of Undercover Otter's Eventide DK which is a lusciously smooth blend of merino, silk, and yak.
